Why Add Photos to Your Listing?

How many people do you know who will purchase something they cannot see?
Purchasing photos can drastically increase your chances of subleasing your place. With no photos of your place, you are expecting people to take your word that you have a "nice place." Your competition is adding photos. Do you really want to pay rent over the Summer because you wanted to save $2? Why not show them some pictures and generate much more interest.
The more interest, the faster your place will lease. The quicker it leases the more money you can make. Lost time equals lost rent, which equals lost money.
By spending a few bucks more now, you will make it up very easily later. Do you really want to risk not subleasing your place because someone down the street had more pictures of a place that wasn't even as nice as yours?
The choice is yours.
