About subleaser.com
Two Dingos LLC is the sole owner and operator of the website subleaser.com and of the information collected on the website. Subleaser.com was created as a facility for college students and other apartment/homeowners who desire to sublease their apartment/home.
What and How Information is Collected
When you desire to list a property available for subletting on subleaser.com, you must register on the site and submit certain personally identifiable information. Visitors (non-registered users) may browse certain parts of the website at no cost and without entering any personally identifiable information. Information gathered by subleaser.com falls into two categories: directly submitted and indirectly (passively) submitted.
Directly Submitted Information
For users to register for access to various services (e.g., property listings), and for subleaser.com to provide its services, we require the following personally identifiable information: first and last name, home address, email address, telephone number, and user password. We, thru our third party service provider, also require financial information for payments (such as a billing address, name of credit card holder, credit card number and expiration date). This information is deemed to be confidential. If accurate and current information is not provided, we will be unable to process your registration request.
Indirectly Submitted Information
Visitors may review the website and access certain portions without directly providing any personally identifiable information. However, this website indirectly collects certain types of information from users when they visit subleaser.com.
